Customer Services Clerk (3-month Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and data input in daily operation of customer services team
  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary education with 5 passes in HKDSE or above
  • Good team player be mature with good communications and interpersonal skills and problems solving skill
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in managing tasks on a timely basis
  • Responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • 3 months' contract
  • Immediate available is preferred
