Project Reporting & Administration Manager

 

The Project Reporting & Administration Manager will have a varied role including the maintenance of company records, company compliance with relevant legislation / regulations and assisting with the smooth deliverance of project management.  With expert skills in Business Analysis and Reporting, the Reporting & Administration Officer will have a strong proficiency with Excel and the ability to utilize excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Project Reporting:

  • Develop templates and generate various charts using Microsoft Excel and which are to be used in presentation decks
  • Generate daily reports on business activities as well as ad-hoc requests as needed for internal departments
  • Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to include various breakdowns of customer metrics by departments etc.
  • Ability to identify, monitor and communicate any data trends and wherein possible make recommendations
  • Audit reports and presentations for inconsistencies and errors
  • Develop and maintain internal databases using the information provided by management on a daily basis for the departmental team
  • Empower management with data which will act as a tool to identify trends and make improvements to the operational cycle

 

Administration:

  • Filling of various documents/returns as required under the Companies provisions
  • Proper maintenance of books and registers of the company
  • To carry on and handle the correspondence of the company on various matters
  • Maintenance of Company statutory records
  • Drafting the minutes of corporate meetings
  • Assisting the Chief Commercial Officer with project management including;
  • Aiding the development of project charters, project plans, budgets and schedules
  • Helping to identify resource requirements
  • Communicating with project team members regarding the schedule/agenda of meetings
  • Ensuring all project team members have the tools to perform effectively
  • Assists with the communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
