Executive Assistant To CEO

To enhance the CEO‟s and Group Management Team's effectiveness by providing executive and administrative support, structure and organization of the Group and its businesses.


 Educated to degree level.

 3-5 years' experience supporting at executive level.

 Excellent calendar management skills, including the co-ordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements for management.

 Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.

 Experience producing management reports, conducting research, compiling statistics, etc.

 Experience in a financial services company, such as insurance company or broker.

 Ability to write clear, concise and factual reports.

 Excellent verbal communication skills.

 Strong Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 Excellent written / oral English.

 Able to understand the fundamentals of the business to be able to take meaningful notes all management meetings and to compile accurate minutes.


 Highly developed team working skills.

 A self-starter who shows initiative with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.

 Ability to manage deadlines, set priorities and coordinate projects in a culturally diverse, global environment.

 Flexible and adaptable ensuring results are achieved in a rapidly growing and changing business.

 Highly organized with a flair for detail.

 Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

 Professional appearance

 Able to travel to attend global meetings (i.e. UAE, Europe).
