To enhance the CEO‟s and Group Management Team's effectiveness by providing executive and administrative support, structure and organization of the Group and its businesses.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Educated to degree level.
3-5 years' experience supporting at executive level.
Excellent calendar management skills, including the co-ordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements for management.
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
Experience producing management reports, conducting research, compiling statistics, etc.
Experience in a financial services company, such as insurance company or broker.
Ability to write clear, concise and factual reports.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent written / oral English.
Able to understand the fundamentals of the business to be able to take meaningful notes all management meetings and to compile accurate minutes.
Highly developed team working skills.
A self-starter who shows initiative with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
Ability to manage deadlines, set priorities and coordinate projects in a culturally diverse, global environment.
Flexible and adaptable ensuring results are achieved in a rapidly growing and changing business.
Highly organized with a flair for detail.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Able to travel to attend global meetings (i.e. UAE, Europe).
